oops...Another Bout??

I forgot this one. I love this picture from this very beautiful wedding last fall. Simple green and white. Carnations and daisy button mums. Easy-Peasy. Classy-Sassy.

Is A Deposit Really Necessary???

I know that providing a deposit is a hassle for the customer. However, did you ever wonder what sending a deposit could possibly do in your favor? I have the answer. As a non-business woman and a customer, I questioned it a lot. But, here it is! The deposit (whether required or requested) does not only specify your commitment to a particular vendor for a service at a future event, but it also specifies that vendor's commitment to you, the client, upon acceptance of the deposit.
At It's YOUR Day your (requested) deposit acts as a protector of both parties. You know what it does for you: guarantees that we will provide flowers on YOUR day. Upon our acceptance of your deposit, our commitment to you is solidified with us; that we will be loyal you, the bride and groom, regardless of what arises in our personal life. Other weddings, graduations, birthday parties, needed relaxation, family conflict, mani-pedis, nor anything else will come between your wedding flowers and your wedding location, accompanied by top quality and punctuality.
Now, a deposit does NOT mean that all questions are answered and that changes are unacceptable, but that we have a mutual commitment to each other.
Simply put, if you like what we offer, you send the deposit. If we are unwilling or unavailable to provide for you, you will know it before you put it in the mail.
